Davka Purchase Policies
All software orders should be opened and examined immediately upon receipt.
If you are purchasing a product via download, you will receive your download link by E-Mail after your order has been processed - within one business day.
We strongly recommend registering your purchase online at http://davka.com/register or sending in the registration card included with your software. Registering your purchase with Davka enables us to better assist you should you ever need to call for support, as well as notify you of updates to programs you have purchased.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is needed to return any Davka program.
Unopened items will be issued Davka credit or a refund of the total costs of the items (minus shipping and handling fees). Any program which is returned without all components or in a condition in which can not be resold will be assessed a restocking fee. Please keep all packaging, manuals, disks, and registration cards until you are sure you are satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased. For complete, opened items returned with authorization, we will gladly issue Davka credit that can be applied to future purchases.
Please note the following:
Davka reserves the right to refuse returns of opened software without a proper RMA and/or deny full or partial credit for such returns.
After receiving authorization from Davka's Technical Support department, defective products may be returned for exchanges only. Replacements for misplaced media can be purchased for a nominal fee if you have registered your copy of the program.
